Below are letters sent to Scott Creager of the VPD, Caroline Barlett of the Victims Assistance Program Clark County Washington and Tony Golik Prosecutor Office Clark County Washington.
Debra Burroughs reported to the VPD that she had been raped by Darrell Burns. No-one did a thing about it. Three months ago I again stired the kettle by informing the above agency that we
have a victim who has been raped by Darrell J Burns 52 year old male from Orchards Washington and you people need to charge him with such because this is not his first rape nor will it be his last.

Hello again Mr. Creager,
This time it is about Debra Burroughs. The video I am sending a link to is the day after she was raped by Darrell Burns.
Debra does not know about this video, and at the time I knew nothing about the rape. But for some reason I just took it. I really hope you nail this SOB and Tom too because if your office or someone in the prosecutors office does not charge these two I will go so up the ladder that names will drop.
I did it against the Crime Victims of Washington State because they refused to help victims of serious crimes and after three years of hell and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on denying me my rights, eight different court hearings and a lot peoples names drop, I won.
Pro Se I did. And with an 8th grade education. All these so called attorneys from the Attorney General's Office the Crime Victim's Attorneys and even their doctors couldn't tell enough lies to prove to a judge they were right and I was wrong.
I told the truth, I do not lie or do I need to.

This is the kinda help Victims in Clark County get, they don't.
I have sent this woman from the Crime Victims Office dozen of letters and this is what I always get.
She has time to open her e-mails at this hour but can give a shit about victims who have been raped.
I will make sure this gets out. Why would anyone want someone like this on their payroll.
